PROJECT DESCRIPTION
BACKGROUND
The existing staff school hall was leaking extensively, electricity to the hall had been disconnected and many of the electric appliances like lights and fans had become defective while others were just not fit for purpose anymore.
Present students did not enjoy any of the benefits of a school hall like what we did historically in Staff School, the state of disrepair of the hall deprives students the communal experience of a school hall.
APPROVALS
Approval by university authorities was sought through the headmistress, and approvals were obtained from university authorities through the board of Staff School, on the condition of full visibility of project execution to the university's Physical Planning and Development Unit (PPDU).
PROJECT TEAM
The project will be executed and supervised by a contractor and alumni members resident in Ife.
